Ingredients

50% meat filling (chicken 80%, mushrooms 10% , onion, salt, pepper) , yellow wheat flour, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt

Cooking method

Preparation:

1. Allow the blinis to thaw at room temperature until they are soft.

2. Heat a frying pan and add a small piece of butter.

3. Fry the blinis over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the blinis with sour cream or a topping of your choice, according to your taste.

Enjoy the blinis warm.
