Ingredients

50% Füllung (Quark 87%, frische Himbeeren 10% Zucker, Vanillezucker) Gelbweizenmehl, Speiseöl, Milch, Eier, Zucker, Backpulver, Sal

Cooking method

Zubereitung:

1. Lassen Sie die Blinis bei Raumtemperatur auftauen, bis sie weich sind.

2. Erhitzen Sie eine Bratpfanne und geben Sie ein kleines Stück Butter hinein.

3. Braten Sie die Blinis auf mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten leicht an, bis sie goldbraun sind.

Servieren Sie die Blinis nach Geschmack mit Schmand, Konfitüre oder einem Topping Ihrer Wahl.

Genießen Sie die Blinis warm.
