Quark 82%,sugar, soft wheat semolina, egg yolk, yellow wheat flour,vanilla sugar

preparation:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Make sure the oil is evenly hot before placing the sirniki in the pan.

2. Place the frozen sirniki directly into the hot pan. Fry them over low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust. Turn the sirniki carefully so they don't fall apart.

TipFry the sirniki uncovered so that the crust stays crispy and the moisture escapes.

3. Once the syrniki are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate. Serve them warm with sour cream, jam, or honey – according to your taste.
