Return Policy

According to German law (§ 312g BGB), food, including frozen goods and semi-finished products, cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened if this affects the quality or
could compromise security.

However, we are willing to accept a return or exchange in the following cases:

• The product has exceeded the expiration date
• The product was damaged during delivery (e.g. damaged packaging)
• An incorrect product was delivered that was not specified in the order

Right of Withdrawal

According to § 355 and § 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), the buyer has the right to revoke the contract and return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exceptions

• Products with a short shelf life.
• Products whose quality or safety could be compromised by opening the packaging.

Important!

• Products with undamaged packaging and in compliance with the temperature specifications can only be returned within 14 days after consultation with customer service.

Return Process

Write to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order and send us photos of the product and packaging

We will offer one of the following solutions:

• refund of the purchase amount
• replacement of the product
• granting a discount

The refund of shipping costs is only possible in case of an error on our part (e.g. if an incorrect
or damaged product was delivered)
