Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the goods in question are non-perishable.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for frozen products (TK products).

Exceptions

However, we are prepared to accept a return or exchange in the following cases:

• Products with a short shelf life
• The product was affected during delivery by severely damaged packaging.
• The wrong product was delivered; it was not specified in the order.

Return process

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the product and the packaging.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

• Refund of the purchase price
• Product exchange
• Granting a discount

A refund of shipping costs is only possible in the event of an error on our part (e.g., if an incorrect item was sent).

What do you need to consider when shipping frozen food?

• Acceptance obligation: By ordering frozen goods, you guarantee acceptance at the specified delivery address on the following day. We accept no liability for delays in acceptance!
• Shipping to parcel lockers is not possible.
• Maintaining the cold chain: Please ensure that the frozen items are placed in the freezer immediately upon receipt.
• In rare cases, our dry ice supplier may experience shortages, which could mean that we ship your package a day later than planned. If this happens, we will of course inform you by email .
• This service is only valid within Germany.

Important!

By placing your order, you are granting DHL Express permission to leave the delivery in a safe place. The delivery will be left in front of your door or in the hallway if you are not home or unable to answer the door on the delivery day.
