You can choose from classic beef and pork varieties, tender turkey, or spicy versions based on Caucasian recipes, as well as our ‘Mimino’ khinkali. For those who prefer plant-based options, we also offer juicy manty filled with potatoes and pumpkin, so there’s something to suit every taste.
Yes, we have the perfect solution for everyone, whether you’re avoiding eggs, lactose or meat. Our vegan manty with a potato and pumpkin filling are particularly hearty and contain no animal products whatsoever, without compromising on juiciness.
Whilst khinkali are simply boiled in salted water, manty really come into their own when steamed. Thanks to our special flash-freezing process, the dough remains elastic and holds the delicious filling perfectly in place, so you can serve a restaurant-quality dish in just 10 to 15 minutes.
Your order will be delivered to you in a specially designed insulated box containing cooling packs, ensuring that the cold chain is maintained at all times. This guarantees that your favourite dishes arrive frozen and in perfect condition, ready to enjoy straight away or to pop in the freezer.
