Where can I find the preparation instructions for the products?

You can find the preparation instructions:

  • On the product page in the “Preparation” section on our website.
  • In addition, the instructions are printed on the packaging of each product.

How is the delivery carried out?

  • We deliver throughout Germany.
  • Orders received Monday through Thursday before 11:00 AM are guaranteed to be delivered to your address by 12:00 PM the following day.
  • All orders are shipped in thermal boxes with a freeze battery to ensure optimal temperature.

How should the products be stored after delivery?

Place the products directly in the freezer. Make sure that the temperature in the freezer corresponds to the recommendations on the packaging.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after ordering you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check when your delivery will arrive at any time.

Is there a minimum order value

Yes, our minimum order value is €35.

What do I do if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, you have the following options:

  • You can specify a safe drop-off location for the package via the tracking link you receive by email.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange another solution.

How do I handle dry ice correctly?

Never touch or handle dry ice with bare hands – use gloves or a cloth. Allow dry ice to evaporate outdoors after delivery. Make sure dry ice is not stored indoors.
