Our frozen pelmeni and manty dough is the ideal base for traditional Eastern European and Central Asian dumplings. It comes in a convenient ball shape and only needs to be thawed before use. Thanks to its elastic and supple consistency, it can be easily rolled out and shaped.

For all our pasta products, we use high-quality flour, sourced specifically for us from a local miller. This flour is rich in carotene and lutein (vitamin A), which gives it its golden-yellow color.
