Ingredients: Pork neck, onion, mineral water, strained tomatoes, mayonnaise (79% rapeseed oil, water, 7% EGG YOLK, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spices (contains MUSTARD), natural lemon flavouring), salt, pepper, spices

Grilling or Frying:

• Grill: Grill the shashlik on a preheated grill over medium heat for approx. 10–15 minutes until browned on all sides.
• Pan: In a lightly oiled pan, fry over medium heat for approx. 10–15 minutes until browned on all sides.

Serve with vegetables, herbs, or sides as desired.
