50% Filling:Cooked ham 50% (pork 97%, table salt, dextrose, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, spice extracts, flavoring, preservative sodium nitrite), Gouda cheese 50% (milk, salt, ripening cultures, microbial rennet), yellow wheat flour, milk, eggs,sugar, baking powder, salt

Preparation:

1. Allow the blinis to thaw at room temperature until they are soft.

2. Heat a frying pan and add a small piece of butter.

3. Fry the blinis over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the blinis with sour cream or a topping of your choice, according to your taste.
