50% filling ( quark 87%, fresh raspberries 10%, sugar, vanilla sugar) , yellow wheat flour,vegetable oil , milk, eggs,sugar, baking powder, salt

Preparation:

1. Allow the blinis to thaw at room temperature until they are soft.

2. Heat a frying pan and add a small piece of butter.

3. Fry the blinis over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the blinis with sour cream, jam, or a topping of your choice, according to your taste.

Enjoy the blinis warm.
