Bravo! Die Manti sind über alle Maßen lobenswert!
Im Dampfgarer sind sie nicht zerfallen, der Teig ist sehr dünn und von guter Qualität, die Füllung kommt dem sehr nahe, wie es meine Mutter in meiner Kindheit gemacht hat.
Ein äußerst angenehmes Gefühl. Der Geschmack ist mild, die Manti sind von sich aus saftig, ohne fremde Abweichungen. Ich bin beeindruckt!
