White cabbage 50%, onion , yellow wheat flour, kefir 1.5% (organic milk, live bacterial cultures and kefir yeast), eggs , cooking oil, salt, pepper

1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

2. Carefully add the varenyky to the boiling water and stir to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.

3. Once the varenyky float to the surface, reduce the heat and let them simmer for 3–5 minutes (or according to package instructions).

Serve the varenyky warm with butter, sour cream, or sauce.
