For all our pasta products, we use high-quality flour, sourced specifically for us from a local miller. This flour is rich in carotene and lutein (vitamin A), which gives it its golden-yellow color.

Once the packaging has been opened and the product has thawed, it must not be stored further or refrozen!

Ingredients

Quark 55%, yellow wheat flour, kefir 1.5% (organic milk, live bacterial cultures and kefir yeast), eggs, cooking oil, salt

Cooking method

1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

2. Carefully add the varenyky to the boiling water and stir them so they don't stick to the bottom.

3. Once the varenyky rise to the surface, reduce the heat and let them simmer for another 3-5 minutes (depending on the package instructions).

Serve the vareniki warm with butter, sour cream, or sauce.
