Vareniki with quark and raspberries, handmade

Quark 45%, yellow wheat flour, kefir 1.5% (organic milk, live bacterial cultures and kefir yeast), eggs , fresh raspberries 10%, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, salt

1. Fill a large pot with 2-3 liters of water and bring it to a boil.

2. Carefully add the varenyky to the boiling water and stir them so they don't stick to the bottom.

3. Once the varenyky rise to the surface, reduce the heat and let them simmer for another 3-5 minutes (depending on the package instructions).

Serve the vareniki warm with butter, sour cream, or berries.
