Ingredients

50% filling (potatoes 60%, salmon fillet 30%, onions 10%, salt, pepper), yellow wheat flour, cooking oil, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt.

Cooking method

Preparation:

1. Allow the blinis to thaw at room temperature until they are soft.

2. Heat a frying pan and add a small piece of butter.

3. Fry the blinis over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the blinis with sour cream or a topping of your choice, according to your taste.
