Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet, onion, mayo (79% rapeseed oil, water, 7% egg yolk, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spices (contains mustard), natural lemon flavoring), garlic, salt, pepper.

Cooking method

  1. Allow the shashlik to thaw completely in the refrigerator.
  2. Let the meat drain slightly.

Grilling or roasting:

  • Grill:Grill the shashlik on a preheated grill over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Pan:Fry in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.

Serve with vegetables, herbs or side dishes to taste.
