Chicken breast fillet, onion, natural yogurt made from whole milk 3.5%, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, white wine (contains: sulfites), vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, sugar, spices), salt, pepper.

1. Allow the shashlik to thaw completely in the refrigerator.
2. Let the meat drain slightly.

Grilling or roasting:

• Grill:Grill the shashlik on a preheated grill over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
• Pan:Fry in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.

Serve with vegetables, herbs or side dishes to taste.
