Meatballs "Tefteli" with rice, handmade

Pork, beef, carrots, onions, rice, rapeseed oil, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

1. Lightly fry frozen meatballs in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

2. Prepare a sauce to your liking (for example, tomato or cream sauce).

3. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, or place them in the oven at a medium temperature.

4. The meatballs should be completely soaked with the sauce at the end.

Serve the meatballs with a side dish of your choice (e.g. mashed potatoes, pasta or rice).
