Storage instructions: Store at -18°C upon receipt. After thawing, store in the refrigerator at 0°C to +5°C. Consume within 36 hours of opening.

Thaw the lobster in the bag for 12–14 hours in the refrigerator or 5–6 hours at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 230°C.
Place the lobster on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
